Put your money where your heart is

It’s easy to get lost in an “it city” whether you’ve just relocated here or you’ve lived here for years and watched your town explode into something you almost don’t recognize. That’s where I come in. Like the Locals is a blog that follows an average newcomers adventures through Nashville. There is so much for a local to love about this tourist city. Like the Locals experiences new things just like the thousands of young professionals and young families that are moving to Nashville monthly. It’s for locals and tourists, transplants and natives.

News reporter by morning… blogger by day… millenial by night.

Hi, Paige here! I’m a 20-something, sweet tea makin’, ranch dressin’ lovin, dog obsessed news reporter turned blogger from Oklahoma. My super fun job transplanted me in Nashville in 2014 and after just a few weeks I fell in love with Nashville’s sweet, independent, southern spirit. This city’s wheels never stop turning and I am just trying to hold on for dear life. I want to know more. I want to do more. Forcing myself out of my comfort zone I get lost in it all sometimes. I figured, I can’t be the only one… so here I am putting it all down on virtual paper for the both of us!
